Almex, an IT solution company of the USEN-NEXT Group, has launched ‘IoT Terminal,’ a TV system for a hotel room using Android STB, which allows a hotel management to grasp how a guest uses room facilities with its sensing technology.
IoT Terminal is a system to make a guest smart phone remote controllers for TV, air conditioner, lights or even room order, connecting to a hotel official website that is built with the Almex app creation service ‘Stay Concierge.’
The technology enables a hotel management to provide a hotel guest with more comfortable stay by remotely measuring temperature or humidity in a room and also to acquire a variety of guest data in a room, such as duration of lighting or watching TV.
