The latest Yano Research Institute’s research on SDGs actions by hotels and ryokans, finds that many of hospitality operators recognize SDGs as social responsibility.
90% of them said that they should address SDGs, and 38.3% answered that they have already started to take some actions for SDGs. 32.8%, however, said that they have not addressed SDGs yet.
The interview survey shows that many operators think it is difficult to survive unless they addressSDGs.
