JTB has completed a system linkage between ‘JTB BÓKUN,’ a BtoB activity booking management system, and ‘KEY STATION,’ a remote key delivery system, which enables the user of JTB BÓKUN to deliver a variety of keys, such as rental bikes, to travelers automatically.
The linkage is expected to provide travelers with seamless process from booking to activity and also to help the operators in more effective operations.
Booking information on JTB BÓKUN is reflected to KEY STATION in real-time. After booking, KEY STATION issues a password for key reception to a traveler. The system can be applied for accommodations.
