Cruise Planet, a Japan’s cruise travel OTA, launched a BtoB booking system ‘NAVIS’ for travel agents, which enables travel agents to grasp cabin availability at a glance and book available cabins immediately.
Instead of the conventional tour code, a new "access code" has been introduced, which will enable travel agents to efficiently manage and inquire about a large number of tours.
For the future,Cruise Planet plans to build a NAVIS consortium with small and medium-sized travel agencies across Japan to provide comprehensive services in cruise sales, including sharing the latest cruise news, a cruise information search system, online consultations, and consulting.
