Hyatt launches a new short-stay brand to offer effective operation and comfortable stay with lower prices

Hyatt Hotels launched a new upper-middle short-stay brand ‘Hyatt Select,’ which complements the long-stay brand ‘Hyatt Studio.’ ‘Hyatt Select’ offers effective and reasonable stay, keeping basic comfortability, for both leisure and business travelers in the second or third markets globally. 

Hyatt Select is developed for an owner to optimize the existing asset and minimize initial investment. It is designed for 70 to 200 rooms, and the effective staff location model allows an operator to reduce human resource costs with service quality maintained. An operator can join Hyatt’s original booking system, revenue management tool, combined commercial service and the loyalty program ‘World of Hyatt.’

For guests, complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi are available, and rooms are designed for comfortable and functional stay. Work places are also set up. 

Hyatt Select will be developed in South and North America first and then be extended globally. 

Meanwhile, Hyatt has already signed 50 or more contracts for Hyatt Studio.
