ALSOK, the Japan’s leading security service provider, launched an operation support service for home sharing owners on May 9 2016. It is one-stop service, providing security and disaster prevention measures with remote-controlled observation and fire-fighting equipment and also a management office function with cleaning of rooms and linens.
The new service can be applied for home sharing properties authorized by local governments in the designated National Strategic Special Districts, which are Semboku City, Sendai City, Chiba City, Narita City, Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, Niigata City, Aichi, Kyoto Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Yabu City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Imabari City, Fukuoka City, Kitakyushu City and Okinawa Prefecture.
