NTT Resonant has started developing AI service to support travel planning, based on the NTT Group’s original technology ‘corevo.’ The service is to support a user who dose not select a destination yet or have a clear purpose to travel by guessing user’s mind, such as relaxed or healed, on repeated dialogue.
The AI learns deeply travel-related knowledge and social information from the NTT Group’s offering ‘goo’ services. NTT Resonant expects to release the new service in September 2017.
