TrySeeD, the Osaka-based travel company, opened ‘a-StaY,’ the vacation rental service for international visitors, on March 8 2016. The online platform, which will be operated officially on March 25 2016, has started inviting vacant rooms from both private and corporate property owners.
Offering charter bus services as a core business, the second-class travel company is trying to make the vacation rental business another revenue source.
The a-StaY will be upgraded step by step by introducing a multi-language service (English, Chinese and Korean), an identification function with passport or e-mail, a payment function on credit card and a communication function between guests and hosts.
