The travel meta-search satisfaction survey, conducted by Oricon, shows that ‘Travelco’ is selected as the most-satisfied meta-search for both air ticket and hotel. ‘Travelco’ is a winner in ‘easy comparison,’ ‘search on PC’ and ‘search on app’ for air ticket and ‘easy comparison,’ ‘search on PC,’ ‘search on app’ and age segments of 20s, 30s and 40s.
This time, ‘Google Travel’ is firstly among top five meta-searches in Japan, ranked 2nd for both air ticket and hotel. Skyscanner is ranked 3rd for air ticket.
