Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) launched a special website for the Osaka Kansai Expo on November 30, 2023. In conjunction with the theme of the Expo, they will disseminate information about sustainable tourism nationwide from the perspective of expanding interaction between tourists and local residents. The aim is to use the Expo as an opportunity to encourage inbound tourists to visit regional areas.
As the first step, the website has released information on the Expo and useful information for planning and staying in Japan in multiple languages: English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Taiwanese. The second step is scheduled to include tourist information and model courses around Japan related to the Expo. It will also collaborate with the Expo Association's tourism portal site "Expo2025 Official Experiential Travel Guides" to guide inbound tourists to Japan.
