Japanese overseas travelers were up 12% to 1.5 million in February 2017

Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) reported that Japanese overseas travelers were up 11.8% year on year to 1,488,000 in February 2017 (preliminary figures), marking the first double-digit growth for the last three months since November 2016.
