Mafengwo, one of the largest Chinese travel information platforms, has announced its entry into the Japanese market. Listing about 10 million travel contents a month including destination guides or word of mouth from travelers, Mafengwo has about 130 million users, out of whom 4 million users a year see contents for traveling in Japan.
Japan is the first overseas market for Mafengwo. To develop its business in Japan, IntaSect Communications was appointed as an official agency in Japan.
Taking advantage of big data collected from Chinese users and optimizing AI, Mafengwo is providing Chinese users with one-stop service covering destination selection, travel planning, local experiences and so forth in Japan.
