According to the Marianas Visitors Authority (MVA), “Dive & Travel Grand Prize 2013”, readers’ poll of a monthly “Marine Diving” magazine, voted Mañagaha Island, located west of the Saipan Island, as the best beach for 10 consecutive years. Also, Obyan Beach, on southern part of the Saipan Island, ranked in as the 2nd, and Laulau Beach was voted as the 8th. In addition, in overseas diving area category, “Saipan/ Tinian/Rota” were voted as the 4th.
Marianas Visitors Authority attended the awards ceremony which took place during the “Marine Diving Fair 2013” (Apr. 5 ~ 7, 2013.) MVA also ran a booth at the “Marine Diving Fair 2013” and with their character “Saipanda!”, provided the latest information on diving.
