Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau will install generative AI with a capability of more than 20 different languages on its official website ‘OSAKA-INFO’ on October 16 this year. The AI system will be installed in its official app ‘Discover Osaka’ as well.
The system is multi-language generative AI ‘Kotozna laMondoI’ developed and provided by Kotozna in partnership with JTB.
Kotozna laMondoI is GPT-4-based AI chatbot, which can be renewed automatically in accordance with renewal of the website contents. Realtime weather information is available, too. Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau plans to link the system with booking functions or disaster information for users’ benefits.
