Kyoto City and DMO KYOTO opened a portal site ‘LINK! LINK! LINK!’ for Kyoto citizen as one of the efforts to increase public sympathy for tourism in order to realize sustainable tourism that is in harmony with civic life.
Specifically, the site will disseminate information on special offers at stores and facilities related to tourism, such as discounts for hotels, restaurants, museums, workshops and experience facilities, and novelty gifts, exclusively for citizens.
In accordance with the site launch, Kyoto City will run a quiz campaign exclusively for Kyoto residents to help them rediscover the charms of the city. Winners can get a special preview of private cultural properties on the "Winter Travel in Kyoto" tour and special offers on regular sightseeing buses.
