Based on official statistical data for April 2018, the number of Japanese travelers increased by 13.5% for Australia (reaching 26,900), but decreased by 3.1% for Canada (reaching 15,500) and by 3.1% for New Zealand (reaching 5,900) on a year-on-year basis.
Japanese travelers to Australia were down 1.6% in March 2018, but improved in April. Those to Canada reduced year on year in all months except December 2017.
